God, relationships, family & friends are what it's all about.my younger son died on April 19, 2007. He was a passenger in a car crash on December 26, 2006. Needless to say, the death of my child, as the birth of a child, has changed my life forever. Working your way through grief like this has taken up a lot of my time, plus I've gotten involved with blood drives on Greg's behalf, a Reality Check program through Fairfax hospital for area schools and teenagers, and speaking on behalf of MADD. I just wasn't ready before to even think about dating or a casual relationship. So if any of you have wondered why I've been 'out of touch' for so long, now you know why.

Alright, I am a pretty straight forward guy. My faith is the foundation of my life and I am only interested in Christian women who attend church weekly. To make this more specific; I work hard, play hard and "church" hard as one of my friends put it.

How about we try the "safe" way first with no pressure on either of us - coffee or lunch. I like Panera's since they don't seem to be in a hurry to rush you out the door. You can sit there over a cup of coffe or tea and actually have a conversation and get to know each other. A nice walk in the park or dinner at a quiet restaurant would be a great second date. I love to go to Wine Festivals, Art and Craft Shows, Home Shows, Garden Shows and enjoy exploring Home Depot and Lowes. I discover some of the most interesting things there. I have done some work on my home, and some of it looks pretty good, other stuff looks like I did it myself. A sense of humor is a wonderful thing.
